main duties and responsibilities =
-develop creative and inquiry-based learning opportunities for students.
-engage students as inquirers in their learning progression.
-take care of children and develop their independence.
-develop students critical thinking, creativity and reflection skills.
-create portfolios explaining the students learning journey.
-have collaborative planning meetings on a weekly basis with the classroom teachers.
-scaffold language development for learners.
-work collaboratively and maintain positive, support relationships and open communications with students, parents and colleagues.
-commitment to the development of transdisciplinary skills.

-develop effective assessments strategies to gather student knowledge.
